Shipping & delivery inside Alaska: I will set up times and locations for order pick up in Anchorage and the Valley if you would like to avoid shipping charges. Check the blog for those dates and times. If you would like your tubers shipped, we will be happy to do that using USPS priority mail at their flat rate plus $3 handling. Outside Alaska: We will be happy to call you to arrange shipping and take payment. The Dahlias will be ready for delivery or shipment beginning March 7
Product Guarentee: We only sell tubers which have sprouted. If you are having trouble with your dahlias, contact us by July 1, 2012 and we will give you a replacement the following year. Please refer to our planting and growing guide for tips and techniques we find helpful.
Payment: Payment by check, credit card or cash in person. If you would like to pay by credit card, we will call you for the info and to process. Submit your order without payment so we can reserve your tubers. You must complete the order form with name and address to reserve your order!!
